About Savannah

I entered the field of psychology with a foundation in meditative practice, embracing what I term a Buddhist psychological perspective. I have discovered immense value in the wisdom imparted by spiritual masters of both the past and present, who have made significant strides in unraveling the true sources of pain and alleviating human suffering.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts from New York University and a Master's degree in depth psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I have gone on to acquire several clinical certifications through further study on topics such as Women's Mental Health, Early Childhood Parenting, and Trauma Resolution. My approach is informed by various traditions, including psycho-dynamic, Jungian, cognitive, post-modern, and brain-based trauma treatment. I integrate my clinical training and life experience to meet the needs and goals of my clients.
